Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
– Gift cards
– Sale or clearance items
– Personalized or customized items
– Items marked as “final sale”
3. Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@livavor.com with your order details and reason for the return. Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.
2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@livavor.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
– Check your bank account and payment method for pending transactions.
– Contact your payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
